One Touch Meter Drivers not working in HealthVault Connection Center RRS feed

  • Some Customers are experiencing problems getting their LifeScan Drivers to work in HealthVault Connection Center for their One Touch Meters. Liifescan is aware and are working to resolve.  Please see the following post for Suggested Workaround.

  • Microsoft HealthVault Support Team recommends using Sinovo drivers as the workaround for customers trying to connect their One Touch Meter to HealthVault Connection Center (HVCC).  To use Sinovo drivers, please follow these steps:

    1) Remove the HVCC LifeScan Drivers from your computer if you have previously installed the drivers for your device

    2) Connect your meter to your computer via the USB cable

    3) Launch HealthVault Connection Center

    4) Under Select A Task dropdown, select "add a device"

    5) Select "Try another way to find your device"

    6) Under Brand, select Sinovo

    7) Select your device from the list display and click on Add
