  • Hi,

As per my understanding you FIM admin doesnot have rights for accessing FIM Sync Database. Go to SQL server and check for the rights.

And make sure that your FIM Admin have sufficient rights to access(Read, write & Delete) the database.

I hope this could help you.

  • Hi,

Was this working before the issue started, if so you need to identify what changed in the environment.

A couple of things I typically check:

    1. Is the account locked?
    2. Is the sql database online and accessible from the FIM server.
    3. Also, check the security logs on the server and check for failed audit events to see what addditional information those logs present
    4. Also check that the account has the following permissions on the server:
    • Run as a service
    • Permission to the FIMSynchronizationService registry key
    • Access to the TEMP folder
