Mail merge - How to change info on same address line? RRS feed

    hi,

    I want to do something like this:

    2/35 Oatland Street

    3/35 Oatland Street

    4/35 Oatland Street

    I don't know how to set my columns so mail merge can recognise and just change the unit number.

    How does your dataset look?
    Are the 2/35 3/35 and 4/35 seperate datarows or should it be generated from something?
    Please provide a example dataset and preview of how you would like it to look.

    Unless your unit #s and street #s are in different fields, a mailmerge will be unable to group the records by street #. If they are, it can be done via a directory/catalog merge.
