task manager #*#^^ caput

ok, task manager window comes up (somewhat) with alt-ctrl-del but there is nothing else a person can do with it except push exc to close it . I assume that it is corrupt and needs to be re- installed. Where would that be located or is there some thing else going on.

Why do you think that your Task Manager is corrupted?
