No upgrade option for Exchange 2010 SP1

Question
-
I am trying to upgrade Exchange 2010 to SP1 but there is no option to do so in the Setup.exe. The only options available are to install it fresh. I currently have v14.1 (Build 218.15) with server roles Mailbox, Hub Transport, and Client Access. I believe all prerequisites are good as well.
OS is Win 2008 R2 Standard w/no SPs.
If I chose to install it, would it have any detrimental effects?
