What's the type of the email account you are using currently?
If you are using IMAP email, Outlook.com, or Exchange mailbox and do not have archives or local PST files, it's not necessary to move data files used for them as the mail (and calendar and contacts for Outlook.com and Exchange) are stored on the mail server.
You just need to set up the account on your new PC and the data will automatically download a copy from the sever.
If you use POP3 or have archives or local PST files in your profile, you'll need to move them to the new computer. For detailed instructions, hopefully you can find the article below helpful:
