  • Hi,

when asking an internet related question it is helpful if you can include the Full address (copy and paste from the IE address bar) of any web sites that you are having problems with... that way we can visit the site to investigate the issue first hand.

swf files are used by the Adobe Flash Addon.

    go

    Start>Control Panel>Adobe Flash>Advanced

you should have version 13.0.0.206 installed... click the 'Check Now' button to download and install the latest version.

A crashing web browser indicates that one or more of your browser addons is misbehaving.. Flash uses cookies to track usage and views of videos. Turn off your google toolbar to see if that makes a difference. the latest version of the google toolbar can be installed from toolbar.google.com
