Hi,
I'm working on an Enterprise Voice deployment for a customer. They have chosen to use Polycom CX500 and CX600 desk phones, and want to be able to control the phones from the Lync Client running on a terminal server.
The problem we're facing, is that the phones and the Lync Client does not "talk" with each other, which, according to other posts I've found, should work. Hopefully it's just some configuration I've overlooked, but is there anyone that can help me with this
issue?
