Extracting calender holiday entries into spreadsheet or table format for auditing RRS feed

    I have a holiday calender in use using sharepoint 2007 on our intranet website, what iam trying to achive if possible is to gather all the holiday user and duration data and than put it into a table so that our accounts team are able to view who has booked what over a year

    Tables to look like this

    User name              Sart Time      End Time               Days taken         

    User1                    24/6/2011       30/6/2011                    7

    User1                     1/8/2011        6/8/2011                      6

    user2                    30/6/2011       1/7/2011                     1

     

    2nd table

    Username       Total days allowed         Days Booked         Days left

    user1                        25                          13                       12

    user2                        20                          1                         19

    Hi,

    This requiores a small customization.

    You can follow these steps:

    1. Create 2 lists corresponding to table 1 and table 2.

    2. Now in the list create look up columns to fetch data from calander list based on user name.

    i think this requires custom development, since you are trying to read an list and update information  in another list.

    What have you tried so far?

    This seems doable with look-ups and calculated columns.
