Profile issue RRS feed

  • For the 2nd time in less than a year, I've had an issue where Outlook 2013 won't connect to Exchange 2013 (Office 365). I've received help from MS Tech Support and both times the root cause is profile corruption. Everything else in the profile works fine, it is just Outlook. Both times it has taken me a day to recreate the profile and then get everything working again. The frustration is incredible! The Outlook team says call the OS team and they say it is a $499 call (on a $200 OS). I'm extremely frustrated with Microsoft and the pass the blame game on fixing the root cause.
