Receiving event id 3092 after restarting public folder server. RRS feed

  • Hello,

    We have 2 Public folder(Exchange 2003) servers which are in replication. 
    Please help me what is the issue and I can solve.

  • That folder doesn't need to be replicated.  It is specific to only one server.  I would match the GUID to the appropriate server and remove the replica from the other.

  • Hi
       Maybe an Exchange server was shut down and never removed properly.
    1. If the Exchange Management Console or the Exchange System Manager shows a non-existent server as having a replica for the folder, remove that server as having a replica.
    2. If EMC or ESM shows no server having a replica, then add the current server as having a replica.
