The File Server is currently joining to Virtual machine

We want to move all configurations from old server(File Server, DNS Server) to new server.

I'd stand up the new one, install the hyper-v role only on host, then on two separate VMs one for file server role and other for domain controller. For the DC stand up the VM, patch it fully, join existing domain, add active directory domain services, promote it, transfer FSMO roles over also making it a GC, at some later point you can demote / decommission old one.
For the file server you could follow along here.

Hi VeasnaYim,
Thanks for your post.
As David said, you could still install hyper-v role on new server.
And move old VM (ADDS, DHCP, DNS Server) to new server VM.

For file server migration, if you just need to do physical to physical migration, you could use file server migration toolkit. But if you need to physcial to virtual machine migration, please confirm all the details in hyper-V forum.
