Hi All,
The servicedesk has once again lived up to it's name by disabling a mailbox that is still in use. The AD account remained untouched. I have gone into the disconnected Mailboxes and reconnected to "Matching User." - All good.
I waited 30 minutes before attempting to access and it has thrown up the error: "Cannot open your default email folders. Microsoft Exchange is not available, Either there are network problems or the exchange server is down for maintenance."
I have also tried the Connect-Mailbox cmdlet and New-MailboxRestoreRequest cmdlet with no luck. I am out of ideas and thought I'd reach out to the online community for help!
Did I mention that the mailbox that was disabled belongs to the PA of the CEO? Gunna be a great day! :-)
BTW: I'm running Exchange 2010 SP2 and Outlook 2010.
Thanx in advance,
Dave
