How do I log into WLM with my 2nd email account? RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi

Have been using WLM reasonably successfully with a bigpond account and a gmail account.  Had to get a new computer and had the tech move everything across to the new computer.  Everything appears to be in WLM still except for my gmail contacts! The tech says I need to log into WLM with the gmail account as well as the bigpond one.  The problem is that while the gmail one shows up as an associated account in WLM I cannot log in with it.  Keep getting the message that the username or the password is incorrect.  Have tried resetting the gmail password through WLM but to no avail!!  I must have set up WLM initially with the bigpond acct details.

I know I can import the contacts via a .csv file directly from gmail but I have over 500 contacts in multiple groups and I was really hoping that by populating it through WLM I would keep my groups (made them in WLM) The bigpond contacts came through in their groups.

Would really appreciate any help anyone can offer.

    Thanks

Yes I am using the full bigpond email address as login.  Can you tell me where to find the settings I should be checking?

    Many thanks

  • Are you using the full email address as your login? Sometimes that can pose a problem if not put into the settings properly.
