    Setting brightness is primary up to the computer's display: you should read the monitor's instruction manual (or the computer's one, if you're using a notebook) and tune the brightness according to tour needs.
    Power saving options in Windows 7 allow you to control brightness as well: the Power Options available in the Windows Control Panel allow you to perform such adjustments.

  • Screen brightness can/could be edited in the BIOS,read the remarks that the BIOS offers once you get to that area,owners manual also helps..
