Manager response to updating a workflow request report... RRS feed

  • Hi 

    Is is possible to run a report to show how long a manager has responded to a workflow request? And if so can you give me some pointers as to where I can get this information please.  Ideally, I want to track managers who have not responded after 2 weeks.

    When you build your workflow, you would have picked the Task List where these tasks would be logged (generally Workflow Tasks). 

    You can build your report based on this list, and look at the time difference between when the task was created and when the task was modified and status=approved.
