How to keep the "manage another users mailbox" on the client. RRS feed

  • Question

  • Exchange 2010, outlook 2007

I've given user1 full management rights to user2's mailbox, now, from user1's outlook, I go file, open, other users folder, and I can see the users inbox. My question is, how can I "attach" that to user1's outlook so he does'nt have to reopen every time?

I know you can add user2's mailbox to user1's outlook, but is that the proper way to do it?

  • Edit account settings on Users 1 Outlook. Choose "Open additional mailbox" and add Users 2 mailbox.
