  • Program keeps asking me for username and password.

    Did you enter correct user name and password?
    We could logon this mail via website using this username and password to verify it.

    We do need a mail account and password to logon, then send and receive emails. It is a default behavior.
    Please make sure you have entered correct username and password. Try delete the current mail credential in credential manager then enter correct username and password to have a test.
