Steadystate, No username, No password RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi,

I've installed steadystate, however I did forgot to create a username and a password. This blocks me from accessing my computer. How do a retrieve my username and password? Is it possible to deactivate steadystate from the BIOS setup? I'd prefer not to reinstall Windows XP.

    Tanks,

    Darra.

Hi Darra, I'd like to inform you that if we don't set password for certain administrator user in SteadyState, we should still be able to log on the computer normally without entering password. Can you log on the computer in Safe Mode? If not, have you encounter any error message?
