Hi,

Please guide me how to change bydefault menu style ,i think need to change in master pages ,Please guide me from beginning i am new in customization.

Hello! You can change styles using Cascading Style Sheets. You do not necessarily have to modify the master page.
In this link you have a complete reference of the styles in SharePoint 2007:
