content deployment in sharepoint 2007 RRS feed

  • Hi, I have an issue with content deployment in sharepoint 2007. A site that was created in sharepoint 2003 and migrated to sharepoint 2007, when try to run the content deployment or export this site the following error is appear: The setup path is from windows sharepoint version 2.0 and was not updraded to version 3.0 DMframesetTopFrame.aspx the same error appear for moreinfo.aspx and search.aspx These pages exist in template in sharepoint 2003. how can upload these files to sharepoint 2007 or solve the issue of content deployment for this site?

  • Hi,

    Do not delete reference files, you can rename them or move those files to other location.

    If you were using any custom templates and if they are not present in moss 2007 server , then manually add those template by navigating to

    C:\Program files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Web server extensions\12\Templates

  • Thank for you reply, the issue occured with the following file: DMframesetTopFrame.aspx, moreInfo.aspx and Search.aspx that are exist in sharepoint 2003 at the location 60/TEMPLATE/1033/SPS. How can we add these files correctly to sharepoint 2007?

    Can we delete the reference for these files?

  • Hi,

    Could you please check by direct paste the template under template folder, do not use the whole hierarchy like template/sitetemplate/SPS

    and which method you have used to migrate SPS 2003 to MOSS 2007 ?

  • I paste them into template folder directly. we used databse migration into new sharepoint 2007 server.

  • the reference of this files is not exist in the server. I mean that can we delete reference for these files from site?

    How we can add these files and its reference correctly? can you advise me?
