How to add phone number on webpage to make it can be called by Lync

hello, is there anyone know how to add phone number to webpage. Than lync will call the phone number while mouse click on the phone number?

I have tried to add phone number to one test webpage, but lync can't call it with mouse clicking.

i think i have mention about that - Telephone numbering stardard as well

" i think this feature work on Internet Explore only (new version) its Add on for it. not only number plan should work proper way ( E.164 standard) " This hilighted standard which is plug n pray typed .

In fact, we did lots test before. The case is not related with IE Version.

Thanks a lot for plug n pray.Your suggestion passed in test web. And we will do test in our production environment.
