i cant this delete massage RRS feed

  • hi all

    i created massge and i click to send first time doesnt send after that it was send 

    when i want to on label delete  it cant delete 

    my mail is : ******@email.com

  • Hi Ahmed..Yehia,

    Are you using Exchange account or Outlook.com?

    Do sent messages become draft email and cannot be deleted from Deleted Item folder? What error do you get when you send or delete emails?

    For Exchange account, this should be more related with Exchange server. Could I know what’s the version of Exchange server?

    Please also have a look at Event Viewer when the issue occurs and see if any fault module will be recorded there so that we can do more research.

    For outlook.com account, please post this thread to Outlook.com Community for further research.
