  • Hello Team,

    Shared Mailbox in Outlook 2016 Client under O365 Environment is not updating.Tried Below steps but no luck.

    1. Re-Create New Profile

    2. Re-Install Outlook Client

    3. Reset Permissions with Auto-Mapping value to $true

    4. Removing extra permission on folder level to avoid conflict.

    Anybody facing similar issue and has solution to it, it would be of great help.

  • Hi Taher,

    How was this shared mailbox added into Outlook client? Via Auto-mapping or manually added as a secondary mailbox in the same Outlook profile?

    Also, please:

    1. Select File > Account Settings > Account Settings…
    2. Select the email account in the list under the E-mail tab and select Change…, then "More Settings...".
    3. Under the "Advanced" tab, make sure "Download shared folders" is not enabled.

    If issue persists, try to reduce the number of folders in the Shared mailbox, then test again.

    I tried earlier, but it affects the performance of mailbox and becomes very slow.
