  • Hello KP Martine,

It might be possible that the files are permanently deleted, and that is why they do not appear in the bin. In this situation, you can download the Stellar Phoenix Windows data recovery software to recover your lost files from the Windows 7 system.

Note: Do not install the Windows data recovery software on the same system from which you want to recover data, as it may overwrite those deleted files and you will not get those files back ever.

  • Hi KP,

Have you checked the recycle bin? If not, then please check there as deleted files always go to the recycle bin and can be easily restorable.

    Good Luck!

  • Hello Tony_Tao,

Thanks for sharing the article. I have gone through it and found the options which I have already tried; but unfortunately, they did not work for me. I tried the previous version to check whether the files are available for restoration, but found nothing there. Thanks for your help!

  • Hi,

If you are deleted your file permanently as it also deleted from recycle bin. Then you have 3 Option of restore your Data from: 1-Previous Backup, if available.  2-Previous version, if it is enable. 3-Third party Software to recover your deleted data. https://www.powerdatarecovery.com/download.html  Power data recovery Tool is free for 1 GB data recovery. You can try this Software but after recover data don't save the files on same disk to avoid overwrite Data.
