How to create different views for different user roles in SM portal in SCSM 2012 RRS feed

    HI,

    We are using SCSM2012 and configuring the SMPortal.We need to create different views(restricted views) for different user roles as in the end user should not be able to see the tecnical details in Knowledge Base but an analyst can see all the details in Knowledge base.

    Basically, we need to publish certain set of KB articles to end user role and a different set of KB articles to say technical support teams
    Is this possible? Appreciate any pointers

    Have you tried creating 2 groups of KBs and then assign permissions at the user role level to end users and another for analysts?

    That way you don't need views, and you'll be filtering what the users see depending on the role they're in.
