    I am managing app v client using sccm and publish server. When published through sccm I am able to see the application in the client. But, when published through server it is not seen. When checked in client side, the publish server is not seen

    You cannot manage App-V client using both Sccm and Appv Server. In your scenario, may be when you have published through SCCM, it would have removed the appv publishing server from the client end.

    As long as package is not published from the SCCM, it might co-exist (Not Ideal case)

    As soon as a single App-V application is pushed to the system from SCCM, the publishing server is removed.   This is a frustrating pain-point for me as well. I've asked that they make this an optional configuration. I have a large deployment scenario where being able to use both delivery mechanisms on the same machine would allow for a gradual migration from SCCM delivered to App-V infrastructure delivered.
