We can't sign into your account RRS feed

  • Hello

We are trying to get a Pooled Virtual Desktop Environment with userprofiledisks running.

We habe installed RD Virtualization Host, RD Connection Broker und RD WebAccess successfully with Windows Server 2016.

We prepared a Windows 10 1607 Master-Image an did run sysprep.

We created a new Collection and we are able to connect to it.

The Problem is, that there is an Error-Warning appearing "We can't sign into your account, This Problem can often be fixed by signing out of your account and then signing back in. If you don't sign out now, any files you create or chnges you make will be lost."

If we create another Collection without Userprofiledisks, everything ist working fine.

Does anybody had the same Problem with Win 10 1607? Is there a solution?

    Thanks for your help!

    Greetings from Switzerland

  • Hello

With external help from our it-Partner, we found the solution:

On the image-master-vm we had mountet a DVD-ROM-drive at the scsi-Controller Location 1. We didn't removed the drive before creating the collection, so all the vm's got a DVD-Rom.

Location 1 on the scsi-Controller must be free for the userprofiledisk. Otherwise the profiledisk cannot be mounted and this error occurs.

Putting the DVD-Drive on another scsi Location or removing it completly solved the error.
