Slow saving on network Drive and showing green progress bar

hi team,

I am trying to save any excel 2007 document on our share drive.. it getting slow and green progress bar showing.. its taking a long time to save data over the network. we are connected 4 systems in the network and one share drive created on one system.

please help me to sort out this issue

Hi Vishalm,

Based on your description, I wanted to ask you several questions.

Did this issue only appear when saving files?
Did it work fine with Word or other applications?
Did this issue appear in all files?
Did you install antivirus software?
Did you check the permission in network?

First I suggest you install the latest updates for Office.

Then please turn off antivirus software and firewall.

You also need to check the permission in network.
