I have received feedback from people in my organization that they are made uncomfortable by their own image looking back at them from their computer.
The thumbnail display in the upper left of the Skype for Business client therefore creates resistance to people using their own likeness as their Skype image. They hide the image, or use an image that is not their face.
But, they don't mind other people seeing their image. Can you add an option in the Skype client to hide your own image? Then, people could allow
others in their organization to see their likeness without the having to see themselves look back at them through their screen.
