i can only go back like months i want a full restore what do i do my safe mode does not work for some reason
Going back to ‘Factory settings’ is not the same as using System Restore, which allows the computer to be restored to a number of different dates.
Quite often, returning the computer to factory settings is accomplished by pressing a combination of keys when the computer is switched on. Have a look at your documentation or look at the manufacturer's website, as the procedure varies from one to another.
