Explicit pop up when emailing external recipient with Outlook 2010? RRS feed

    We are running Exchange 2010 and have mailtip configured so that users with Outlook 2010 will see the mailtip when emailing external recipient.

    Is there any way to configure pop up that user must acknowledge prior to sending to external recipient? This can either complement or replace the existing mailtip.

    Can tip about a software called SafeSend that does exactly that. It is an Outlook add-in I believe.
