Rights Management Services Analyzer Tool V1.0.1.478 : Not working on Client machines RRS feed

  • Hi Guys, We are completely an Office 365 Customer. So we recently tried to Run the latest RMS Analyzer tool to check the client machine IRM configuration but unfortunately its not allowing us to Sign In and throwing an error as, not able to locate your Azure RMS endpoints (Please refer the below screenshot). Any Suggestions.

    Note : I tried it from an Open Internet connection as well. but same error page. we having only Windows 10 machines.

  • Howdy,

    The Azure RMS Analyzer is no longer being developed at this time, my suggestion would be running your test this way.

    1. Install the Azure Information Protection Client : https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=53018

    (My personal suggestion would be the preview version)

    2. Open up an Office application. *My example is going to be word

    3.Click on the "Protection" Ribbon label >Click on Help and Feedback > Click on Run Diagnostics > You'll get a full list of communication to the Azure RMS server.
