    Is it possible to create a WBS in Project and then view it visually as a tree diagram (bike like an org diagram). I thought it was possible but cant for the life of me see how I can do it.....

    You can stop looking in MSP because it is not there. However, a neat little add-on for MSP called WBS Chart Pro from Critical Tools will do it.

    Have you tried the network diagram view?

    Visual Reports will do the trick nicely if you've got Microsoft Visio installed.
