Mail Sending Issue RRS feed

  • Dear Support Team,

    I am unable to send mail from our mail(Exchange) server. we are getting error message. This is SBS server 2003. POP connector in built using.

    " There was a SMTP communication problem with the recipient's email server. Please contact your system administrator"

    "The IP you're using to send mail is not authorized to"

    Kindly guide me through it.

  • Hi Gagan,

    It seems you have dynamic ip configured in Exchange. Can you make it static and registered with ISP and then check the sending issue.
