  • If you are using Project Server 2007 or 2010, you can use CodePlex's Playbooks.  If you are doing this on Project Server 2013, there isn't currently a tool in CodePlex, however FluenPro has some tools to do this.  They are not free, but they work and provide support if you have any issues.
