APC INDEX MISMATCH RRS feed

  • Question

  • Lately I'm having trouble starting my computer. Either I get a BSOD (APC INDEX MISMATCH) during start up or I'm getting no screen at all and I have to do a reboot the hard way. All minidumps have been uploaded to Skydrive and should be available. I haven't installed any new drivers or hardware (except a printer half a year ago). CD drive has been acting funny but I don't use it so it shouldn't be a problem.

Windows Vista Home Premium (Service pack 2)

    Manufacturer: Medion

    Model: MD 96630

Processor: Intel Pentium Dual CPU T2330 (2x1.6GHz)

    OS: 32-bits

    Any help is appreciated

  • Hi,

Please run system restore to check the result.

Meanwhile, please go to display card manufacture's download center to find the latest driver.
