Computer constantly freeze and blue screen RRS feed

  • Question

  • My computer have been freezing up and blue screen completely random all the time.

    sometimes even when i just started the computer and havent do anything yet it just freezed and i had to press the boot button on the computer case to shut it down.

    i have uploaded all the dmp files on my skydrive.

    I analyzed the latest dump file.
    There is not a big thing to extract from the dump.
    Please use memtest86+ to check that all is okay with your RAM. If an error was detected then replace the faulty RAM or contact your manufacturer Technical Support.
    I can see that the BSOD was caused when Kaspersky was running. More about avp.exe process: http://www.liutilities.com/products/wintaskspro/processlibrary/avp/
    Please disable Kaspersky and check if this solve your problem. If yes, contact Kaspersky Technical Support.
    I have seen drivers that have not been updated since 2009 so please update possible drivers and install SP1.

    Try to boot into Clean Boot mode to check whether this freeze issue persists, this should be related to some software conflicts.

  • I have checked the memory and they are fine.

    i uninstalled Kaspersky , and i have updated all the drivers but my computer would still freeze randomly.
