I have 8 Gbs of ram so why do i get this warning: Close programs to prevent information loss. ??? RRS feed

    As i said, i have 8 GBs of ram but i get this pop-up say to Close programs to prevent information loss.

    I looked at task manager and it said im only using like 50-60% at most so why am i getting this warning/how do i stop it?

    please help....THANK YOU

    1. This may be another problem than you are thinking.

    2. Look into Event log for error and warning

    3. Use Process Monitor from "Sysinternals" to do a detailed analysis.

    4. Address support/forum of your application that makes troubles. This may be typical problem.

    5. Do diagnostics of HDD and RAM (Faulty memory may cause similar p[roblems.)
