dbo.versions table missing from migrated EPM 2007 databases RRS feed

  • Question

  • Upgraded/migrated Project Server 2003 to Project Server 2007 in preparation for migration to 2010. Everything went as planned and functions normally in 2007 environment. Cannot perform a full database move migration to 2010. Operation fails due to invalid entry in dbo.versions. Went back and checked and there is not table named dbo.versions in ther 2007 databases. Any ideas where this went wrong?

Side note: I have migrated 3 other instances successfully using the same hardware and software. Same SQL servers, same ShaprePoint EPM servers. Just this one installation has the error.

  • Hello Mark,

There is a long process to create the dbo.versions table.

You may need to open a case with Microsoft Support.
