MIM Installation error RRS feed

  • What happens if you manually create a login for FIMTEST\svc-fimma in SQL first? I've not seen that error but I'd guess that creating the login by hand may fix it.

    Thanks,

  • What SQL Server security role does your install account have?

  • The account installing MIM is in the Administrators group.

  • The Account doing the installation needs to have SYSADMIN on the database server.  Once the installation is complete, this permission can be removed.  It will need to be added back if you apply any hotfixes.
