I have recently setup a new Windows 7 Pro workstation for myself. I have a roaming profile that loads successfully on Windows XP Pro but when I login on the 7 workstation I get the following Event and my profile doesn't load. The roaming user profile is setup on Windows Server 2003 Std. SP2.

I've already created an entirely new roaming profile (empty) and it didn't make any difference, the same event showed up. I checked and I don't have Windows drivers for the NIC. I do have 100 users which could face this as I roll out Windows 7 over the next year. I am only working on my own computer now.
