Applications not displaying in Application list but I can add them manually RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hello, for some reason I have some applications that are not appearing in my client application list. I've got around 20 that are appearing and about 4 that won't. I've tried clearing the cache to check if it was that and I'm also able to add the applications in manually and cache them. They have the right operating system tags also.

    Any ideas?

  • Hello, seeing this error:

    [11/24/2010 14:28:14:994 SWAP WRN] {tid=24B4:usr=sysicleg}
    Could not load OSD file \\users\applications\SoftGrid-Content\Managed-Applications\MATLAB r2009a 1.0.0.1.osd

    [11/24/2010 14:28:14:994 AMGR INF] {tid=24B4:usr=sysicleg}
    The app manager could not create an application from '\\users\applications\SoftGrid-Content\Managed-Applications\MATLAB r2009a 1.0.0.1.osd' (rc 0C405564-00000002).

    Bit more information, the problem I am seeing on a windows 7 client and a Server 2008 terminal server. The application is visible on our xp client. It has the correct tags for these operating systems otherwise I wouldn't be able to add them manually.

     Think I've found the problem, incorect path's in the osd file path.

    Thanks for your help.
