    You can wait until the realease to markets date of Windows Vista Ultimate RTM Build 6000 at early January 2007 (for end users), or you can download it from TechNet if you have a paid subscrpition to TechNet/MSDN. Any other way to download it, considered illegal and it won't work at all.
