Cannot use Server Manager or Windows Update

Question
-
Hi
I am unable to add/remove features and roles in server manager on Server 2008 x64 and also SP2 for server 2008 keeps failing.
I've seen similar posts where MS have provided a fix that can be downloaded from the FTP site.
Has anyone got this?
Thanks
Dan

Hi Dan,
From the result, it seems you are running Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1. However, you mentioned you are running Windows Server 2008. I would like to confirm what system you are running.
If you are running Windows Server 2008, please run the System Update Readiness Tool from the following site:

Hi Tim
Sorry doing a few builds at the moment!
This is Server 2008 Standard R2 x64, and it's the R2 SP1 that is failing.
