Cannot use Server Manager or Windows Update RRS feed

    Hi

    I am unable to add/remove features and roles in server manager on Server 2008 x64 and also SP2 for server 2008 keeps failing.

    I've seen similar posts where MS have provided a fix that can be downloaded from the FTP site.

    Has anyone got this?

    Hi Dan,

     

    Please run the System Update Readiness Tool and paste the result in %SYSTEMROOT%\Logs\CBS\CheckSUR.log

    Hi Dan,

     

    From the result, it seems you are running Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1. However, you mentioned you are running Windows Server 2008. I would like to confirm what system you are running.

    Sorry doing a few builds at the moment!

    This is Server 2008 Standard R2 x64, and it's the R2 SP1 that is failing.
