Resource Center sync error RRS feed

  • Every once is a while I get an error when I am trying to see Resource Center page. The error is "To add resources, click here to synchronize with existing group. Or add individually by clicking New on the Resource tab.". 

    I know its not an actual sync error because other users are able to see resources just fine at the same time when i have this error. I have to close my browser or change browsers, but today nothing of the above worked. Does anyone has any suggestions on how to deal with this?

  • Hello,

    Do you have a filters set up on the Resource Center view that you last accessed? Click the Resource Tab and try either removing any custom filters or change the view to see if that helps. Once the filter / view has been change press Ctrl + F5 to force a refresh of the page.
