  • Thanks for this update.  I've been having these issues and having to uninstall KB3185330, which of course keeps getting reinstalled.

  • I am having this problem as well. Console crashes when opening State View since installing updates. Microsoft published KB3199125 as a fix for Windows 10, but I tried to install it and it says that the update is not applicable. I have Windows 10 1607.

Microsoft has just informed me that the following updates may also be applicable to this issue and they should be uninstalled:
    KB3192391 (Windows 7 and 2008 R2)
    KB3192392 (Windows 2012 R2 and 8.1)
    KB3192393 (Windows 2012)

I've been working with Microsoft on an unrelated SCOM issue.

  • I uninstalled those updates, but it did not help. Then I found this:

    This is the KB for Windows 7, 8.1, 2008 R2, 2012 and 2012 R2.

  • So far, it looks like the issue is resolved in the November update release for all Windows versions. So if you install the November updates, you will not need any of the previous updates mentioned.
