Activity not shown on self-service portal RRS feed

  • Hello,

    We are starting to use Service Manager 2010. Users on self-service portal can record incidents. But when I edit the ticket (add activity), this activity not shown on the self-service portal. How can user follow her/her ticket?

  • Hmmm... If you click on the incident, you should see "Action logs" and below that are the comments.
