How to Pin Outlook 2010 to Taskbar (Windows 7)? RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hey guys, I'm in need of some customization assistance here. So far I do not know a method of editing the taskbar (right next to START icon). I'm attempting to add Outlook 2010 there as a quick launch option. However, it seems as if Media Player, Windows Explorer and Internet Explorer are the only options. Is there a way to change this? I appreciate any and all feedback. -Hax

Answers

  • Right click on the Outlook launch shortcut and select "Pin to taskbar".

The Taskbar itself is not editable. It is a location to which shortcuts may be pinned. The shortcuts have the required options.
