  • Hello.
Some issues was fixed, but new issue came up.
When you try to create new notification template or edit existing template using non-english console language the console crashes with exception "Unable to cast object of type 'System.Windows.Controls.Grid' to type 'Microsoft.EnterpriseManagement.ServiceManager.UI.Administration.Notification.Template.Page2_Template'".

  • Here is the Workaround for this issue:

    1. Close the Service manager Console.
    2. Copy the Microsoft.EnterpriseManagement.ServiceManager.Application.Common.resources.dll

from path “C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\Microsoft\System Center Service Manager 2010\<ServiceManagerManagementServerMachine>\7.5.7487.125\<Language>”

    to path  ServiceManagerConsoleInstallationFolder\LanguageFolder like “C:\Program Files\Microsoft System Center\Service Manager\<Language>”

    1. Start the Service manager Console.
